2. Booking and Payments

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur administrative penalties.
4. Liability
Roatan Paradise Adventures is not responsible for the loss of personal items or injuries occurring during the tour that are not directly attributable to our negligence. We recommend our clients keep their valuables safe.
5. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the itinerary due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen factors, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients.
